How will I know if Pilates is right for me?
Before starting Clinical Pilates during pregnancy, you will undergo a specialized assessment by an individualized physical therapist, so that you can prepare your body to welcome your baby and prepare for childbirth.
Are the sessions individual or in groups?
It can be individual or in a group. The individual format allows your birth partner to be with you so that they can also play a leading role in the birth of your baby, learning about their active role in positioning and care according to each stage of labor.
In order for us to provide all the care and attention you deserve during pregnancy, there is a limit (maximum 2) on the number of participants per group class.
