Postpartum Home Support
Take home the support you need in the first days and weeks after birth.
This service is designed to reduce anxiety, answer questions, and support you in essential tasks such as breastfeeding, baby care, physical recovery, practical organization, and emotional well-being.
In the comfort of your own environment, we provide you with clear information, evidence-based guidance, and practical help to make your postpartum adjustment smoother, safer, and more confident.
What does home support include?
- breastfeeding support; newborn care (bathing, hygiene, hunger signs, sleep);
- monitoring your physical well-being (pain, scarring, bleeding, recovery);
- guidance on self-care, rest, organization, and routines;
- emotional support and clarification of everyday questions.
Why provide home support instead of just face-to-face consultations?
Because the first few days after giving birth are intense and demanding, and traveling can be uncomfortable or impractical.
At your home, we can observe your real environment, help you with what you are actually experiencing, and adapt our guidance to your specific conditions, routines, and challenges.
Is it only for those who have difficulties?
No. Many families turn to home support as a preventive measure and as a way of feeling accompanied. The goal is to support, guide, and facilitate, not just to “solve problems.”
Does home support replace the postpartum consultation with my healthcare professional?
No. Home support complements clinical monitoring. If warning signs appear, we always refer patients for appropriate medical evaluation.
